Step 01
Design
Every creation begins with a vision. Our designers conceptualize each piece through detailed sketches and advanced CAD models, carefully refining every curve and contour to achieve perfection. Metal and gemstone selections, prong placements, and design structures are finalized with precision. This stage ensures that every Navaratna ornament embodies both artistic beauty and spiritual balance.
Step 02
Pre-Casting
Once the design is approved, a wax model is crafted by hand or created using 3D printing to replicate the final piece in perfect detail. This model is encased in a heat-resistant mold, and through a burnout process, the wax melts away, leaving a hollow impression ready for casting. This delicate stage captures the exact design contours, forming the foundation for flawless metal flow.
Step 03
Casting
In the casting stage, molten gold, platinum, or silver is carefully poured into the prepared mold. The metal fills every fine detail of the cavity, ensuring structural integrity and precision. Once cooled, the mold is broken to reveal the raw jewelry form. Though unpolished, this newly born piece carries the essence of craftsmanship and the promise of brilliance.
Step 04
Post-Casting
After casting, the rough metal form undergoes meticulous finishing. Sprues are removed, surfaces are filed and sanded, and the ornament is pre-polished to eliminate imperfections. Ultrasonic cleaning ensures complete purity and prepares the metal for gemstone setting. This stage enhances both strength and smoothness, bringing the jewelry closer to its final refined beauty.
Step 05
Final Stage
In the final stage, gemstones are precisely hand-set using prong, bezel, or pavé techniques to ensure alignment, security, and spiritual orientation. The piece is then polished to a mirror finish, rhodium plated (for white gold), and undergoes multiple quality checks for hallmarking, finish, and durability. Each completed jewel emerges as a perfect blend of tradition, technology, and timeless elegance — ready to radiate beauty, balance, and blessings.
